Avocado Dip

I love this dip it’s detoxing, great for the heart and has nourishing oils for the body. You can use this for dipping vegetable sticks, crackers, nachos and much more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice/li>
  • Hand full of Coriander chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper

Directions:

Mash the avocado with a fork, add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Use within a couple of days and keep in air tight container in the fridge.
